I listened to many Everyday Paleo podcasts while getting accustomed with the Paleo lifestyle and I have read this book which is full of great tips, recipes, meal plans and easy-to-follow workout routines you can do in the gym or at home. Sarah’s focus is on integrating Paleo into families.
